Charming villa with a magnificent view over the sea and islands. Located in a very quiet area and with all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. The view, the games room and the sunny pool area are some of the highlights of this house.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is open towards the living room and dining area and has a door with access to the outside and BBQ area. Fully equipped and easy to use, with dishwasher machine, microwave and all essential appliances. It has a black marble working surface and a small table for breakfast. In the living room / dining room, a long wooden table fit for a large number of people is just next to a sliding window that lets in natural light and allows to contemplate the horizon.
For cooler days the fireplace will help to contribute to a more comfortable and romantic atmosphere. A flat screen TV with UK channels and an internet connection with Wi-Fi will help you to keep up to date and connected to the world.

The highlight of this beautiful villa is without a doubt the view, it is difficult to remain indifferent to the sight of the sea, the islands and the Ria Formosa. A pergola covers the outdoor table which can sit 10 people contemplating the frameless picture while enjoying a meal. Next to it, a comfortable sofa, supported by a glass-topped table for light meals or tea, games or reading. With sunshine all day long, the sun loungers along the pool are the delight of our guests.
The kidney shaped blue pool is about 9 meters long by 5 meters wide and with depths of between 1 and 2.8 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The charcoal barbecue is next to the kitchen window. Below the pool area, a games room with pool table and a table tennis table will bring more fun to your holiday.
Parking is just next to house and has room for several cars.
